  • Participation in training programs—we provide training opportunities for all of our employees tailored to their individual jobs and goals. In addition, there are numerous development programs dedicated to managers and the sales team.
  • Participating in the Smithfield Foods Brown Belt Training Program  held by our parent company, Smithfield Food, Inc. The program, operated in cooperation with Iowa State University, familiarizes employees with different areas of company operations to provide a wider perspective on our business. We are proud of our graduates, many of whom graduated with honors.
