Next to pork and chicken, turkey is one of the meats most frequently selected by Polish shoppers who appreciate its nutritional values. Low fat and high protein content make it light and easily digestible. In Poland, turkey is served as meatballs, in casseroles and stews, and in salads. Knowing our customers’ busy schedules, we have reduced preparation time by creating schnitzel and already portioned minced or diced meat.
